Buddhist Monk shares his secret of Meditation : How to train your Monkey Mind by Mingyur Ringpoche,Tibetan Buddhist Master

Buddhist Monk shares his secret of Meditation : How to train your Monkey Mind by Mingyur Ringpoche,Tibetan Buddhist Master
Meditation is a process to know yourself and to reach the Higher state of our Mind and to reach the Super-conscious State of mind. It's the first Step to Be Enlightened.
Here, We are sharing a Super and easy Formula of Meditation. The Formula is given by a Buddhist Monk - Mingyur Ringpoche
Buddhist Monk shares his secret of meditation : How to train your Monkey Mind by Mingyur Ringpoche Tibetan Buddhist Master
We can meditate everywhere, anytime even three seconds, two seconds....
While you're Walking, While you are having coffee and tea, While you are having a meeting.... you can meditate. Many people has little bit misunderstand about meditation.
They think meditation meaning, "Think of nothing, Concentrate!" So.... push too much.
We cannot block thoughts and emotions. whether you listen to your monkey mind or not that's the issue.

What I call "Monkey Mind".... Mind is chattering, yada yada yada, blah blah.... Monkey mind is giving you opinion So whether you listen to opinion or not is up to you, right? Through Meditation, what we do is.... We have to make friends with the monkey mind. But how to make friends? Just giving banana doesn't work. Right method is : You need to give job to monkey mind. how to give job to monkey mind?
So, here is a Simple Meditation Training - BE AWARE OF THE BREATH
You ask monkey mind, "Hello! watch Breath."
Monkey mind says, "Ah yeah! good idea!" And be aware of Breath
BREATH IN...........          BREATH OUT There's a lot lot of thought comes in the background. don't care, no problem.

As long as you don't forget your breath Anything is OK. No need too much concentration.
SIMPLY BE AWARE OF THE BREATH
 Breath in.......                    Breathe out
Even two Breaths, one Breath....
Therefore, we can meditate everywhere,
anytime.
Comment Below your thoughts about this.

The 4 golden rules of living according to Lao Tzu : Philosophy of Lao Tzu to live a happy life.

Today we will know about the great teachings of the great Chinese philosopher Lao Tzu so we present you the four Golden Rules of Living according to lao Tzu.
The 4 golden rules of living according to Lao Tzu : Philosophy of Lao Tzu to live a happier life.
Centuries ago, Lao Tzu  walked and taught his simple wisdom around China. Lao Tzu was the Chinese master and philosopher there he spoke of the four Cardinal virtues...
Teachings that when we embrace them as a way of life, the truth of the universe reveals itself.
the ancient Chinese master Lao Tzu said that living and practicing these teachings can open you to higher wisdom and great happiness, this is because they bring closer to your innermost source - a place of balance and peace.
He talked about four Cardinal virtues in Tao Te Ching these four Cardinal virtues are found in Tao Te Ching a collection of saying expounding the principal Taoist teachings.
It has 81 short poetic verses packed full of Universal wisdom for politics, society and personal life, and aims to support personal harmony through the right view and understanding of existence.
This ancient wisdom might seem simple but it has life changing implications.

1. Gentleness
"Kindness in words create confidence, kindness in thinking creates profoundness, kindness in giving creates love."  - Lao Tzu
Essentially, being gentle means giving up the need to be right; being kind is more important than being correct or asserting your own beliefs. when we are gentle, we stop trying to dominate the situation and instead live in harmony with others.
2. Reverence for all life
"Living in the moment brings you a sense of reverence for all of life's blessings."   - Lao Tzu
Lao Tzu believed that respecting all forms of life was essential for harmony. all creation and creature are equally important, and they require equal respect. Trying to dominate and control all life only leads you away from enlightenment. you can't find peace in the midst of a struggle for control besides, a truly spiritual perspective tells us that love is freedom.

3. Natural Sincerity
"When pure sincerity forms within, it is outwardly realised in other people's hearts."    - Lao Tzu

Without being authentic, we can't live harmoniously. Being swayed by outside forces makes us lose sight of who we really are and who we want to be.
By accepting the truth about ourselves and others. We not only find peace in this life, but we can help others along their paths as well.

4. Supportiveness
" Be Supportive, Let go of the ego."
                                  - Lao Tzu
Just Like The Other virtues, supportiveness applies to everything and everyone, including ourselves. When we help ourselves, it allows us to come from a healthier place and be there for others who might need help alone there own path.
This comes natural for everyone but society - the coldness of adults and our culture - teach us something different. supporting ourselves and others bring the highest happiness.

Changing the World Starts with Changing your Consciousness ; Philosophy of Life Part - 2

Changing the World Starts with Changing your Consciousness ; Philosophy Of Life - Part 2
Changing the World Starts with Changing your Consciousness ; Philosophy of Life Part - 2

One time a child approached a balloon seller and asked him. "Uncle, will this red balloon fly in the air?" The balloon seller said, "Yes, definitely my child!"
Child again asked the balloon seller "Uncle, the red balloon will definitely go up in the air, but this yellow balloon will go up as well?"
"Of course !" replied the balloon seller
"And the black one?" He again asked to the balloon seller
" Even the black one will go up in the air!"
Frustrated with the child's questions, the balloon seller said to the child.
"Whether the balloon go up in the air or not does not depend on it's colour."
"It depends on the air or the gas that is filled inside."
Ladies and Gentlemen in the same way, Whether we rise in our life, whether we grow in our life does not depend on our firm or our beauty. It doesn't depend on our personality, our abilities, our qualifications. These things are simply like the colours of the balloon.
Whether we will rise up in our life depends on our CONSCIOUSNESS, our FAITH, our ATTITUDE.
Our Consciousness, our Attitude is like air or gas that fills the balloon.
That is why we say : Don't just focus on your personality. Try to become a good person. If you become a good person, If you improve your Consciousness, faith, attitude then personality is like the colour of the balloon.
We are not saying that one should not have a personality. We are not saying that personality should not be improved. but while focusing on personality, don't forget to become a good person.
If you want to change the CONDITION of your LIFE then change the DIRECTION of your LIFE. THE PATH of SPIRITUALITY shows us a direction in a way that, our life can be TRANSFORMED.

Wormhole Concept Decoded: Lord Hanuman used Wormhole to reach Lanka

Wormhole Concept Decoded: Lord Hanuman used Wormhole to reach Lanka.

We all know that the concept of Wormhole is predicted by the general theory of Relativity. A wormhole is used to travel from one point of space to another within very short of time. Basically, A Wormhole is a passage through space - time that could create shortcuts for long journeys across the universe.
Wormhole Concept Decoded: Lord Hanuman used Wormhole to reach Lanka

There is an incident in the Indian Epic Ramayana in which Lord Hanuman used a wormhole to reach Lanka when Vanra - Sena were searching to find the exact location of Mother Sita. When Mother Sita was abducted by Ravana.
In the Kishkindha Kand of Ramayana, Sage Valmiki describes a 'Wormhole' which is located in a cave in the Vindhya Mountain range in Madhya Pradesh, India.
As Valmiki described in the Ramayana, according to that verses the Vanras are attracted to a certain 'black cave' when they see that 'swans'  emerging from a cavity.
The 'swans' are dripping with water the Vanaras are hungry & thirsty and were looking for refuse. Since their hunt for abducted Sita in the southern direction had not borne any fruit till then.
Finally, a lady named "Swayamprabha" appeared from the dark. Swayamprabha allows the tired 'vanaras' to freshen up and Feed themselves, and on the request of Hanuman transports the bewildered 'Vanaras' out of the cave. They are transported out of the cave in an instant, but not before she tells the 'vanaras' to cover their eyes a requirement for this transportation system.
The 'Vanaras'  including Hanuman and their Leader Angada find themselves out of the cave but they are close to an ocean located South of the Vindhyas. So where are the Vanaras transported to?
Valmiki does not clarify.  But the description of the place that the 'Vanaras' first see inside the cave or wormhole is very close to the description of the city Lanka that Valmiki later writes in the 'Sunderkand' section in Ramayana.
So,  were the Vanaras intentionally transported to Lanka and give then an idea where Sita was taken by her abductor.

Speed of light according to Rigveda : Vedic Science Decoded

Speed of light according to Rigveda : Vedic Science Decoded

It is proved that Vedic science is more accurate than modern science.
Speed of light according to Rigveda : Vedic Science Decoded

Velocity of Light Decide as per Rig Veda
It is the well known thing that according to the modern science the velocity of light is equal to 3*10^8 m/s ( 3 times ten to the power 8 meter per second ). It was calculated by the great physicist Maxwell in the 19th century, but we don't know that that velocity of light actually determined accurately thousands of years ago in the Rig Veda.
Indian almanacs have always calculated accurately the motion of planets, sunset, eclipses, sunrise etc. without using telescopes or any other machineries.
As per Riga Veda, there is a shloka in the fourth verse of the Rigveda hymn 1:50

                  तरणिर्विश्वदर्शतो जयोतिष्क्र्दसि सूर्य |

                                   à¤µिश्वमा भासिरोचनम |

The meaning of this Shloka is that " Swift and all beautiful art thou, O Sun, maker of light, illuminating all the radiation realm.
It was further elaborated by Sayana in the 14th century AD in his commentaries on Rig Veda.

Sayana, who was a minister in the court of Bukka of the great Vijaya Nagar Empire of Karnataka in South India ( In early 14th century explained the hymn ) as :

Tatha ca smaryate yojananam, Sahasre dve dve date dve ca yojane ekena nimishardhena kramaman.

It means " It is remembered here that Sun light traverses 2,202 Yojananam in a Nimishrada or in half a nimisha.

According to the units described in the Vedas, we found that Yojana is a unit of distance while Nimisha is a unit of time.
So according to the Vedic calculations.
                    15 Nimisha     =     1 Kashta
                    30 Kashta       =     1 Kala
                    30.3 Kala        =     1 Mahurta
                    30 Mahurtas   =     1 Diva-Ratri means Day-Night
We all know that 1 Day -  Night is equal to 24 hours.
So we get from the vehicle calculations
                   24 hours = 30 * 30.3 * 30 * 15 Nimisha
                   24 hours = 409050 Nimisha

We have 86400 seconds in 24 hours
So,  86400 Seconds = 409050 Nimisha
      1 Nimisha      =    0.211221122 Seconds
And 1/2 Nimisha  =    0.105610561 Seconds
As per Vedas,  1 Yojana = 9.09 miles
So,  calculation of speed of light as follows :

According to Vedas :
        2202 Yolanda in 1/2 Nimisha
    = 2202 * 9.09 miles per 0.105610561 seconds
    = 20079.81 miles per 0.105610561 seconds
    = 190190.701 miles per seconds
    = 190130.701 * 1.609314 * 1000 m/s ( 1 mile = 1.609314 meter)
    = 305979998.9 m/s
    = 3.05 * 10^8 m/s
So,  as per Rig Veda the speed of light is 3.05 * 10^8 m/s
And according to modern science it is equal to 2.99 * 10 ^8 m/s
So,  speed of light as per RigVeda is more accurate because it considers the 0.211221122 (1 Nimisha)  as recursive decimal and this unit of time has more significant figures.

"To be a Vedic Dharmi you need to be a rationalist. Rationalism is necessary to know God. "

If you like it don't forget to share this.
Great Life lessons from Ramayana

* The first lesson is that the True Goal of One's life is to kill the demons within, According to the Ramayana, One should make an effort to do good deeds and put an end to the demons within us. True love and devotion towards Lord will guide us on the right path in our lives.

* Sometimes you need to sacrifice in your life like Lord Rama had to go to forest for 14 years. He could have resisted but he followed Dharma and go to forest for 14 years.

* Lord Rama had taught us how to respect father and obey his words. He made sure to fulfill his father's words.

* When Mother Sita forced Rama to get her the Golden deer as she was attracted by its beauty, this became the reason behind her suffering as she was abducted by Ravana while Rama left to get the deer. This incident teaches us that attachment is the root of suffering.

* Another life lesson from Ramayana is that one should not think twice in helping a woman and protecting her honor. The noble bird Jatayu gave his life for saving Mother Sita from the Clutches of Ravana.

* Mother Sita has shown us sacrifice and strengths of a woman. She didn't hesitate to go to the forest with her husband. She was also helpful that her husband will come someday to rescue her from Lanka.

* Another Most Important life lesson from Ramayana is that You will always have strong team members on your side like Lord Hanuman. You can't succeed without their contribution.

* One needs to be present minded. In the case of difficulty act like Lord Hanuman, who brought with the entire mountain when it was difficult for him to identify 'SANJEEVANI'.

* There will always be somebody from an enemy who will help you. But you can't trust the person fully. Take help but be careful.

* No Matter how knowledgeable one is like Ravana. People are punished for their wrong doings. One should use his/her learning's for good causes, not for selfish reasons.

* No matter what the conditions are, One should always abide by 'DHARMA AND TRUTH': Lord Rama always endorsed truth and dharma in all his dealings.

* A King's responsibility is to protect his citizens and always work for their welfare. When someone pointed the finger on mother Sita's Purity, Lord Rama sent her to forest for his 'Raj Dharma'.

* A person's relationships with his/her sibling's has to be strong like Prince Laxmana.

Philosophy of Life: REACT OR RESPOND by Gaur Gopal Das Ji

Philosophy of Life: REACT or RESPOND by Gaur Gopal Das Ji

Hello Friends, Today we are going to know about the Philosophy of Life: REACT or RESPOND by Gaur Gopal Das Ji in his own words
Philosophy of Life: REACT OR RESPOND by Gaur Gopal Das Ji

So, he said there is a concept called sledging in cricket, where the opponent team comes and gives bad words to the batsman. Bad Words! They try to distract them and take their focus away. One thing that M.S Dhoni is adored for, in the history of cricket is - Sledging hasn't bothered him. This man is cool. Are you Cool?
When people do sledging against you in the game of Life, are you Cool? Or you loose your cool? There will always be people who are out of control. Can you stop a guy from criticizing you? Can you stop an opponent team from Sledging? You can do nothing about it. It's called things which are out of our control. People are out of control sometimes.
One lady had a fight with her husband. After fight lady called her mother and said -
" Mummy, we had a fight. I can't handle this now, I am coming home to meet you for 2 weeks!"
Mother replied, "No my dear, He should face consequences of his deeds, you stay there, I am coming at your place for 2 months!" Haha

Are situations in your control many times? No
The guy who was batting, was expecting an IN-SWING ball and that's what the bowler bowled and one gush of wind and IN-SWING becomes an OUT-SWING and he is caught OUT. A lot of things, situations, people, are just out of our control.
How many of you think question paper is in our control? And when things go wild, you know what happens with us? This is what happens with us. You know I'll tell you - you know when you shake a bottle of a soda and when you break the seal of the bottle, It comes out with some pressure. This is what happens with us, see how it foams up! we react!
The Stimulus of a person sledging against us, criticizing, pulling us down, envious of us, conspiring, politicking makes us react and form out!
" Hey, you!" And we start reacting now look at this example - take a sealed water bottle in your hand. Shake it like the soda bottle and then open its cap, see - nothing happens
Now the question is, do you want to be a SODA-CAN or a bottle of water? And I am sure a lot of us would say, " Sir, under pressure we react like SODA!"
And thus, in our life we always have a stimulus do we can choose to respond because between the stimulus and response is our choice.

A GREAT PERSONALITY IS NOT BORN IN THE MATERNITY WARD.

A GREAT PERSONALITY IS BORN BY THE CHOICES THAT ONE MAKES.

and therefore when there are all kind of stimuli, we have to learn how to respond.
If you are not strong spiritually, It is impossible!
If you are not strong Culturally, it is impossible!
All this sounds great and good, and we know, 'Yes, I want to do it! I can't be a can of SODA, I want to be a water bottle!' But, is it so easy? NO

That is why coming here is so important, that is why these foundational ethics of Spirituality are so crucial in this age.
As all of you are going to be successful in your own areas of life. If not cricket per se and thus, we have to learn how to respond. Therefore, my guru, His Holiness Radhanath Swami Maharaj says
DON'T ASK THE QUESTION WHY DID THIS HAPPEN TO ME?
ASK THE QUESTION HOW?
HOW SHOULD I DEAL WITH IT?

Learn the masterstroke not to REACT, but to RESPOND-GAUR GOPAL DAS
